לֹא יִצְוְחוּ הַשְּׁחָפִים יוֹתֵר בְּאָזְנָם

אוֹ גַּלִּים בְּרַעַם יִשָּׁבְרוּ עַל חוֹפָם;

הֵיכָן שֶׁפֶּרַח פָּרַח יוֹתֵר פְּרָחִים לֹא יִהְיוּ

לְהָרִים אֶת רֹאשָׁם לְמַפָּץ הַגֶּשֶׁם;
